Cliff Lawn is a small family run Hotel providing superior accommodation in Leeds
combined with a friendly personalised service.

Originally the Victorian home of a local mill owner it has been tastefully modernised over the years and now provides quality guest accommodation. Our 24 bedrooms comprise Family, Premier Double, Double, Twin and Single rooms, 17 with en-suite facilities.

Although less than 1 ½ miles from the City Centre we enjoy very quiet surroundings, being set completely in our own grounds.

As well as our proximity to the Leeds Central Business District and University we make an ideal base for visits to York, Harrogate, the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Bronte country. If arriving by car we have a private off road security lit car park with Closed Circuit TV.
